All products on ReTraced are digital and delivered right after payment, so we cannot take them back once they are delivered.

When we replace or refund

The file, key or link you received does not work.
You received something different from what the product page describes.
You were charged twice for the same order.

How to ask
Open a ticket from your order page within 7 days and include your order ID. We answer within 48 hours.

Good to know

Crypto payments cannot be reversed. A refund is paid to your store balance or in the same coin, at our choice.
We do not refund because you changed your mind or bought the wrong product by mistake.

Payments & delivery

Prices are in USD. Other currencies in the switcher are shown for reference only; you are charged the USD amount.
Cryptocurrency payments go through our payment processor at the rate shown when you check out; the network and processing fee is added at that step. Send the exact amount — underpaid orders are held for the seller to review for up to 48 hours.
Store balance: top-ups are paid in crypto and held by this store for purchases here only. Balance is not withdrawable; seller refunds may be credited to it.
Other payment methods, PayPal, are settled directly between you and the seller. You submit proof on your order page; the seller has 7 days to verify, after which unverified orders are cancelled. Hidden does not hold these funds.
Delivery is automatic the moment a crypto or balance payment is confirmed, and right after the seller verifies a manual payment. Your items appear on your order page and in your receipt email.

Privacy on this store

To deliver your order we keep your email, what you bought and the payment reference. Reviews and the recent-purchases widget only ever show a masked version of your email. Page views are counted for the seller's statistics without cookies: the address and browser are hashed with a daily salt and cannot be turned back into you.
